Dami ko na rin natutunan dito sa kakabasa. Pero inde pa ako nag start mag invest. Still trying to see kung ano uunahin ko. Dami kasi options e.

Mag-i-invest ako this week. May malapit na UAE Exchange dito sa place ko. Actually di naman yung profit share yung habol ko eh. Yung monthly raffle.

Since dumadami na tayong mga taga-UAE, magre-request ako kay bossing na gawan tayo ng sariling folder. Sana pumayag.

@anna - welcome po. actually, yang raffle din ang hinahabol ko kaya ako bumibili ng NB

@dnapod - im in sharjah po. taong-bahay ako coz im working online

@pawn - erratic yung market dito. masyadong volatile. for the dirhams naman .. since it's pegged sa US dollar.. bumababa din yung value kaya kawawa yung mga OFWs dito. down na nga yung USD tapos taas pa ng value ng PHP

so far yung national bond pa lang yung nakikita kong hindi ka matatalo sa ipapasok mo kse govt guaranteed yung invst kaya lang mabagal din ang kita. ang maganda dito is i-business yung money... like lending sa mga pinoy. potential earnings ay 10% per month

Hello bros ! Am also a newbie here. I agree with you guys, we're also losing out here in KSA. Sori naki sali na muna ko dito sa thread nyo. hahanap din ako productive and realistic investments to offset etong peso appreciation. We've lost 30% of out income already from this in 5 years and it seems this year it will get worst ata. Walang OFW corner kasi dito sa PMT, hope the web masters will not regionalize para makakuha tayo ibang investment tips from all global pinoys. How about that hedging fund of that DBP as " mad am " was promoting in dubai, noh tingin nyo kabayan dyan ?

@jinryll71, Medyo mahal nga lang sa mashreq, yun nga lang mas malaki chance mo kasi kokonti lang siguro yung sumasali unlike sa National bonds na marami ang kasali.

Ok ba ang forex trading? Ilan percent usually ang gains mo jan?

@pawn, Ok ang NB. Kahit wala ka dito pwede ka makabili, pay ka lang through credit card.

Sorry Guys ngayon lang uli ako nkapag log, dami na palang response sa thread na to.
To begin with, I have this Bond for more than a year now, and Im not really thinking about these raffle, its the return. The more you think kasi ng raffle, the more you get discourage. Just think of it as a form of investment with a raffle as a bonus. Its a profit sharing by nature and you will get your dividend at the end of the year.

You can buy the bond directly from the website (using your credit card) and the coupon will be emailed to you in the next 3 to 5 days.
