How about the Rada Regency? Any feedback on it? Im meeting my agent this Friday to see some units. Naturnover na daw ito. I like the location and it would be another good investment. Also from Cityland.

As far as I know, ang Rada Regency sa Makati ata ang pinaka mahal na units from Cityland... pero definitely good investment...

I wanted to purchase a unit in Cityland Makati Executive Tower 3 but I the thing is, I'm really scared of being tied up to a long time debt!

Also, what if I decided to sell the unit even if I haven't fully paid it, is that possible? If yes, how am I going to do this? I'm really clueless as to what steps to do since I don't think anyone would want to buy something that is not even fully paid by the condo owner?

Please advise!

one of the best investment is Rada. during pre selling if i not mistaken, the price of 18sqm studio type is more or less 800K. i think the price of todays unit is a million.
