Wasn't it Nick that was supposed to find him? Having Grissom there, to me, doesn't really make since. He left, the only one to still be around Warrick when the shots occured would be Nick. Nick would hear it and would try to find out what happened. Unless Grissom would've came back, I don't know, he's forgot to tell Warrick something and It couldn't wait and he just happens to run across a dying Warrick and pulls him out of the car and cradles his head like in the picture. I don't see how he'd be the one there, maybe if Nick called him after he found him, instead of calling the police first. It's frustrating, but maybe they're just pictures to throw a person off, and beg for answers. Damn CBS and their tactics. This is amazingly confusing, I can't wait until October. Yay!
