Thirteen Pinoy Money Talk (PMT) members met on October 28 at the Baseline Restaurant in Cebu City– the first-ever PMT EB to be held outside Metro Manila.
The meet-up proved to be a fun and productive activity as members indulged in knowing each person behind the Forum username. They also listened to a presentation by Fortuner888 on “Changing Money Perspective.”

PMT’s Cebu chapter is meeting again on November 17, and planned topics for discussion include “How to Earn Money Online with Affiliate Marketing” and “Short Introduction to Stock Trading.”

“It’s time to fly” and other similar airline slogans

For the past week, I’ve been trying to book a flight from Manila to Singapore for next week’s long vacation (All Saint’s Day, remember?) but all airlines I contacted are already fully booked. Sigh.
The only consolation I have is that in the process, I discovered three airline slogans that sounded very similar (Gotta problem with me finding consolation in that? Har har.).

Around 40-50 Pinoy Money Talk (PMT) members literally weathered tropical storm Hannah on September 29, 2007 to attend the PMT Members' EB and Discussion Series at KFC Function Room in SM Megamall.
While rain poured heavily outside, EB attendees mingled and played games with other members and listened to talks delivered by invited lecturers.
