iPhone 3G price, cellphone plans in Philippines

Here are the prices of the Apple iPhone which will be sold by Globe Telecom starting August 22, Friday:
iPhone 3G prepaid kits
- 8GB starting at P37,599
- 16GB starting at P43,799
- Globe’s prepaid plans come with P200 load credit per month for 5 months. The first 1,000 phonekit purchases will also get an additional P1,000 discount off the purchase price.
iPhone 3G postpaid subscriptions
- Monthly fees range from P1,599 to P4,999
- Postpaid plans have a 2-year lock-up.

An installment payment plan is also available, which offers 0% interest up to 12 months. (See price packages below.)

its just too damn expensive.. I doubt that people would buy the Iphone 3g with that price tag. I’ll just get one from an international seller for the fraction of the price.

ang mahal naman, laptop na lang ang bibilhin ko! subra naman manloko ang mga ito, akala nila halos lahat nang mga pinoy ay walang utak! isksak nyo sa baga nyo ang iphone nyo!!!!!!!!marami namang chinese made na mas mura at mas maganda.

this is too expensive, was planning to buy one for my wife, but this phone is way to expensive, it’s way more cheaper here in the States than there, the price they have now is a couple hundred bucks less than what Globe is charging

too expensive.. news has it that the iphone 3G with 8G has dropped to $99 in the US. Sobra naman kc ang tubo ng globe kahit may plan..

masyado naman mahal! its as if ndi natin alam they’re selling it in the US for $99! its a rip off! hintayin ko na lang ulit bumagsak presyo if ever i decide to get one. globe should do some price adjustment for it to click

grabe naman ung bentahan dito sa atin, sana mgbenta cla ng prepaid di post paid. tsaka kung icheck mo sa internet ang bentahan mura lang. hwag nio kawawain ang mga tao sa pinas, kaya ang pilipinas hindi umaasenso, kasi subra kung tumubo.
