Cannot enter Google Adsense PIN

A few people have noted in the Comments section of our Google Adsense PIN FAQ article that although they have already received their Google Adsense PIN, they are still not able to enter it because they couldn’t find the link inside their accounts to enter it.
Normally, you can enter your Adsense PIN by going to My Account > Payment History > Please enter your PIN.
A screenshot of where you can find this in your account is shown below.
Apparently, this was not the first time a problem like this happened. Back in September 2007, several publishers also experienced errors while entering their PINs. After a few days, though, the Google engineers were able to solve the problem.
The best way to solve this now is to contact Google Adsense Support to notify them of the problem. Whether they reply to you or not, hopefully this can make them aware that the problem exists and that they need to solve this.
So try contacting Adsense Support right now and let us know if Google has started addressing this problem.
