American Idol scandal #2: David Hernandez was a gay club stripper

Apparently, American Idol Top 12 contestant David Hernandez is not only a good singer. He is a good dancer too, having worked as a stripper in a gay club in Phoenix, Arizona appearing fully nude and performing lap dances for the club’s “mostly male” clientele.

Nothing wrong with having that as a job (did you know that Diablo Cody, Academy Award-winning screenwriter, also worked as a stripper?), but we’re thinking if he flaunted those terpsichorean prowess while at the show, he could be the next American Idol. Right?
