I totally agree with the five reasons.

But I doubt the fourth. Why do they have to include US support in the equation? I don’t think there is US support or backing in the previous People Power(s).

I don’t think the Leaders or groups are credible enough to convince everyone to do the People Power.

Mrs Cory Aquino - What is the status of the issues about Hacienda Luisita? Were you able to resolve the issues confronting your farmers? Noynoy, what are you doing about it?

The DeVenicia’s? Manay Gina, Ex-Speaker DeVenicia? and his son? I don’t think they will ever speak about these issues if the Ex-Speaker was not removed or his son won the bid in the ZTE Deal.

Mr Angel Lagdameo could not even unify the church stand on the issue. They are not one in their own “communal action drive”.

Lumang tugtugin na to for all Leftist Groups. They will continue to go to the streets to stage rallies until their own ideologies are achieved. Maybe if the Randy David or Mrs Rosales becomes the President or anyone from AKBAYAN, Bayan Muna or Gabriela(wishful thinking.

I agree. with all the six reasons stated. I think that everything that has been happening and done in the streets will all be put into waste. And as time goes by, the heat will subside just like the other controversies in the past.

Ang sarap maging politiko sa Pinas. Makakapandaya ka na, makakapagnakaw ng bilyones at mapapatay ang kaaway mo, marami pang magtatanggol sa ‘yo.

Hintayin na lang natin baguhin nila ang konstitusyon o mag-deklara ng martial law. Saka nlang tayo kumilos after 20 years. Siguro naman matagal na panahon na yan para mamulat ang mga “henyo”.

I think those after GMA will have a harder time pinning her for her alleged crimes after her term in 2010. That’s because they will have to pursue it through the legal arenas and not the political circus arena that is now the senate (and congress). In the latter, they can get away with all that allegations even with the lack of hard evidence, and just hope that the people will hit the streets the way they did with Erap. That’s why they’re giving it all they’ve got before her term ends.

sigh. I guess we’ll have more of this sh*t until perhaps 2010!

My take is that since most people of tired of doing People Powers’ i believe most people would rather complete the NBN investigation before the do anything. Its just a crappy way of doing politics just because the public perceives that the leadership is corrupt. YOu know what they say “innocent until proven guilty”

these predictions doesn’t even need a deeper thought and tedious argumentations. even in the eyes of an average observer, the probability of ousting GMA before her term ends is apparently low.

yes we say that we all care. but noone really bothers on both sides.

even how the ousters cry on top of their voices, it’s pointless for a president with her earplugs on, and her lazy ass glued on her beloved seat.

she can get away for now by not being ousted in power..BUT I doubt if she can get away after her term as president. She may be tried for corruption charges just like what happened to erap. Another scenario is that she will flee away from the country to escape the corruption charges. Well my 2 cents…
