Filipino-American Joel Christopher, aka the MasterListBuilder, is one of the few who found a goldmine on the internet. A lot would certainly be surprised to know that Joel graduated with a Physical Therapy (PT) degree and even topped the PT board exam in the Philippines in 1987. He moved to the United States in 1988 to practice his profession but, at the turn of the century, decided to shift to internet marketing as his primary source of income.

Now, Joel is regarded in the internet marketing industry as the MasterListBuilder, thanks to the popular list-building system that he created. He currently earns a 5-figure monthly income and charges more than $3,000 per person for his seminars.

Apparently, everything is not over yet for publishers outside Japan, North America and Latin America with regard to Google Adsense’s Referrals program.

Last week, Google announced that referrals to the Adsense program will be terminated for members located outside those three regions. Google backtracked yesterday and reported in their Adsense blog that instead of fully scrapping the program for members outside the allowed regions, it will again be available but commissions will only be earned if the referred users are from those regions.

A popular discussion among members of the PMT Forum is the one on high-interest accounts or double-your-money offers.

What makes these types of products attractive is the fact that they are offered by banks and, as such, the deposit is protected up to P250,000 ($6,250) per account holder, following the rules of the deposit insurance agency Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).

The credibility of these banks and the genuineness of their offers have been the subject of a lot of discussion in the past and, in this article, we just post a list of known banks with high-interest account offerings.

Google hates paid links.

But our site is a testament to how Google particularly dislikes the paid text advertising program Text Link Ads or TLA.

PinoyMoneyTalk.com used to have a PR of 4 prior to the Google PageRank chaos that engulfed the blogosphere in late October last year. The commotion stems from Google ’s move to slap sites that supposedly sold links with a PageRank penalty. This site, along with several other sites, lost 2 PRs. That is, our PR4 became PR2.

Google Adsense is not the only way to earn money online, so explore other advertising networks that you can use on your blog!
