Hi Henry,

Although such is possible, I suggest you confirm some things first:

- Who is the registered registrar of your domain? eNom or RegisterFly? Refer to Step 1 of this <a href=http://www.pinoymoneytalk.com/2007/02/27/how-to-transfer-your-domains-out-of-registerfly/ rel="nofollow">article </a>.
- What does your domain's AuthCode in RegisterFly say? If there's none or if it says RRP or AuthCode, refer to the article above, or try contacting eNom, probably they have the Authorization Code of your domain.
- Lastly, try your luck contacting RegisterFly via their support phone number. There are reports that at times, some Customer Support staff answers the phone and helps customers with their problems.

Good luck.

Hello:
I was able to retrieve all my AUTH CODES from RegisterFly. The problem is, they're all invalid. Is is possible for RegisterFly to invalidate all previous AUTH CODES so that you can't transfer them anywhere?

Thanks,
Henry
