AdWords Account Coordinator - Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers.
- Respond to customer service inquiries by email and phone.
- Troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns and technical problems.
- Optimize advertiser keyword lists and ads in order to maximise advertisers' ROI.
- Consistently monitor emails, customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on industry and competitor developments.
- Analyze and report on market and company growth trends.
- Opportunities to work on special projects, as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Detail oriented; ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 2 years customer service / client service experience.
- Related experience at an Internet company preferred.
- Strong computer applications skills.
- Advertising operations experience preferred.
- Fluency, written and spoken, in English plus another South East Asian language is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers.
- Manage client advertising accounts by responding to inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems.
- Build strong relationships with customers and educate them on new product features.
- Work collaboratively with your team to improve account performance for new and existing vertical customers.
- Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to maximize client campaign results.
- Optimize keyword lists and ads in order to maximize advertisers' ROI.
- Leverage all available resources including Optimization, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Support.
- Identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
- Serve as a senior resource for the Advertising Operations team.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years account management or client service experience required.
- Detail oriented; ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven record of successful process management and relationship development with large clients.
- Experience in specific vertical or strong Internet advertising experience preferred.
- Strong computer applications skills.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Fluency, written and spoken, in English plus another South East Asian language is an advantage.
