2007 Philippine Blog Awards: Recognizing the best Filipino blogs

The Philippine Blog Awards is now open for nominations, and if you think your blog or somebody else's blog deserve the award, head on to the site right now! Nominations are open until the 28th of February.

The categories for the Philippine Blog Awards are as follows:

Judges from various fields of expertise will determine winners based on the following criteria:

Content - 40%
Design - 10%
Appeal and Context - 15%
Consistency - 15%
Mileage - 20%

If you intend to nominate the Pinoy Money Talk (PMT) blog, thank you but honestly, we don't expect to win here. The PMT blog may fall under the "Business/Entrepreneur" category but its contents are not entirely related to business- or entrepreneurship-related opportunities. Unless, of course, you consider investing in scam HYIPs a business activity. LOL.

For now, I think we're better off as a sponsor to the awards. I've sent the Philippine Blog Awards organizers an email about this earlier and will just wait for their reply.
