Customer service is unresponsive, their limits are ridiculous, and the number of times I'm had funds delayed due to their "one time account verification process" is way more than one time. Too bad because it would be a great service if it worked well and they gave a damn about their up to this point loyal customers. Xoom really sucks. It seems Philippines PayPal to Philippines bank is not allowed. Why don't they tell you that, instead of saying I "violated the terms of service"? How long to wait for a refund?
