I invested at PRU Life UK. They have pooled funds like the mutual fund wherein they invest it in different sectors.
Is my money safe there? Please let me know.

Pru Life UK, as far as I know, is a life insurance company, not a mutual fund company. They don't offer mutual fund shares but they offer variable life insurance policies where part of the paid premiums are invested in securities.

Another difference is there's a Philequity Money Market Fund listed with SEC, none in ICAP.

To my knowledge, Multinational actually offers UITFs, not MFs. But they're not listed in the website of the Trust Officers Association of the Philippines (www.uitf.com.ph) either .
